Refined luxury on a secluded shore
No lines, no noise, no hurry. Only a private coastline, an accomplished kitchen, and a team that recalls your name by the second morning.
“A lesson in understated hospitality.”
All within a short walk
Dining, wellness, gaming and the shoreline share one private estate. Your concierge will arrange the rest.
Five-Star Amenities
VIP lounges, a 2,400 m² spa, indoor and outdoor pools, a private beach club, and a staff ratio approaching two attendants per guest. Your suite is not merely a room. It is a small realm with its own doorbell.

Two private casino salons, three gaming lounges, and a team trained at Europe's finest houses. From baccarat to roulette, every table is overseen by a dealer with at least five years on our floor. Discretion is not an amenity here. It is the standard.
DISCOVER MORE →Wellness & Spa
Thalassotherapy sourced from the sea beneath us, treatments drawn from a 90-page menu, and undisturbed calm across twelve treatment rooms. Our spa director trained in Kyoto and Marrakech. The effect is easier to experience than to describe.
DISCOVER MORE →Sunset Terraces
Three open-air dining tiers facing west, designed so that no two tables sit directly opposite one another. The golden hour here runs roughly forty minutes. We have shaped the menu, the music, and the lighting around it for years.

A coastal sanctuary, four decades in the making.
Topazmarinaquarters opened in 1979 as a single villa on a sheltered bay, expanding only when we were confident we could grow without sacrificing what made it worth the journey. 47 years later, we maintain 160 rooms and suites, four kitchens and two gaming rooms, and we still decline more bookings than we accept.
Luxury, for us, is not marble and gilt. It is the second coffee you never had to request, the driver who recalls your name, the table kept open an hour past closing because the conversation was still going. We recruit for that instinct and we retain the people who possess it.
Most of our guests return, and that is the entire strategy. We would rather 62 percent of a smaller cohort come back each year than pursue a larger one that never does.
